1. Every student must strictly follow the rules and regulations of the mission prescribed by the authorities.

2. Every student must go to the Namaz according to the mission's schedule.

3. If a student leaves or does not come after admission, the Mission authority will not bound to refund the money.

4. All kinds of fees can be deposited in Mission account (RTGS, Phonepe, Swipe card etc)

5. No students will be allowed to go outside the Mission area without collection the gate-pass and the Mission authorities will not be responsible if they go out of the mission area.

6. Only identified parents/guardians will be allowed to visit the students for 2 hours every Sunday.

7. Any student who can not keep money with him/her should be deposited in the 'Students Fund' and spend according to necessity. Any students can not keep any valuable items(Gold and silver chain, Smart watch, ornaments, Mobile Phones etc).

8. Every student must be present on the opening day of the hostel, otherwise late fine has to be paid.

9. No student can be given leave out of Holiday list, if leave is required for special reasons, the applications must be submitted atleast 7 days in advance with appropriate evidence and if the leave is passed, only then students can be taken.

10. All mission fees must be paid even if you are on leave or absent from Mission for any personal reason.

11. It is mandatory duty of every students to keep their clothes and bedding etc neat and clean.

12. Mission authorities may expel the certain student if any parent or student violate the rules of the Mission.

13. If any guardian change his/her address or phone number, it will be immediately informed to the Mission.

14. Hostel Fees and other fees of the students should be deposited in the account section of the Mission and collect the money receipt otherwise the Mission authority will not be responsible for that.

15. If a student destroys the property of Mission, the student's parent/guardian will have to bear the cost.

16. Every student should eat the daily prescribed food.

17. Scholarship application will be applied by the parent/guardian and the Mission authority will give full cooperation with them. If a student studies with subsidy then after getting the scholarship, the money will be used for the development of the Mission; the guardian will not make any claim.

18. If a student who is subsidized by the Mission go else where (to the mission or other institution) before the higher secondary, the parents have to pay the full fees of the previous day; subsidy will not be given.

19. After admission, if a student wants to take TC in the middle of the current year, he/she has to pay the full year's fees and take TC.

20. During Mission leave the students will not be left with any other student's guardian.

21. In case of declaration of emergency leave due to natural calamities, the guardian will fully co-operate with the Mission and maintain compassion.

22. In case of special need the guardian can meet the Secretary by taking an advance schedule from the Mission's main office.

23. It is a guardian's/parent's duty to go to the teachers office every Sunday according to the schedule of the Mission and inquire about the education of the boys and girls.

• The cost of the form, including the prospectus, is Rupees 300.
• Students will be selected through a written and oral examination.
• The MCAT form is distributed in various locations across different districts of West Bengal after the MCAT exam.
• For admission under the management quota, the form can be collected from the mission.
